Here’s what you’ll find when you get to My Fried Chicken.

Sometimes people ask us, “Why bother with fancy
free-range chicken for a fast food joint?”

Here’s the answer:
Because free-range chickens are better.

They taste better, because they’re fed a nutritious diet
of locally-grown, GE-free grains and corn.
They’re healthier, because they get fresh air and space
to roam in a clean, safe environment.
And they’re happier, getting the chance to be social and
scratch in the dirt, the way chickens are supposed to.

It’s not easier to go free-range. But it’s better.
And that’s why we do it.

Vegans deserve awesome food.

After trying one too many weak vegan chicken options,
we decided to do something about it.

Our vegan “chicken” is our own special recipe,
made from non-GMO bean protein.
It fries up with the same flavour and crunch as our
original fried chicken.

And we make it in its own dedicated vegan fryer,
so there’s no cross-contamination to worry about.

You can get your plant-based “chicken” bites
with seven different vegan sauces, in a rice bowl,
or on our delicious vegan kumara bun.

Natural wines are made with as little human
intervention as possible.
Going back to traditional growing and fermentation
methods, they’re organic and unfiltered, with no
additives or artificial anything.

All the wines on our menu are vegan, sourced from
New Zealand and Australia.
They’re easy to drink and even easier to pour,
available on tap to keep them fresh.

Beer and fried chicken…is there a better combo?
We work with craft beer expert @craftbeernz to
bring you a rotating selection of refreshing brews
to pair with each of our chicken flavours.

We get new beers every 4-6 weeks,
so check back often to see what’s on the menu.

(Hey vegans! Most beers on our menu are vegan,
so just ask and we’ll steer you in the right direction.)

We asked award-winning bartender Barney Toy of
Rude Boy Drinks Co. to help us bring you the perfect
drinks to pair with our fried chicken.
He came up with six soju-inspired cocktails to refresh
your palate when you’re deep into a plate of nibbles.

Each of these delicious drinks is made with a base of
vodka and vermouth, paired with homemade fruit
cordials and filtered water.
Flavours include lychee, rhubarb, coconut, pineapple,
peach, and green chile.
Try all six (but not all on the same day, please).

You’ll be pleased to know that your chicken or
vegan bites will come to you in compostable packaging.
