From Street food to casual dining, My Fried Chicken serves up
traditional Korean flavors all around Auckland.

Our STORY

My Fried Chicken’s beginnings date back to 2019 inside Ponsonby Central’s
food hall. We started as just a fried chicken shop, serving Korean
style free range fried chicken and an array of sojus.

Over the years, we gained a reputation amongst locals for the tastiness of
our food and we’ve had the opportunity to open four more stores around Auckland.

In the past four years, we’ve introduced more Korean street food dishes on
our menus and even found a way to cater to our vegan friends so all of us
can enjoy MFC. As of most recently, we’ve taken it to another level at our latest
Britomart opening. We’ve crafted brand new cocktails and curated a natural
wine list with the help from experts. All of which you can pair with our
Korean-centric menu that goes beyond street food.

Owned and operated by a Korean team, MFC serves authenticity. There are
some modern spins to some of our dishes but at the core, we are proudly Korean
and are excited for more New Zealanders to discover the taste of our culture.

As business owners, we are conscious of the output our restaurants bring
to the environment and we’re constantly aiming to minimise this by using compostable packaging and creating our menus in order to avoid as much
waste as possible and making most of every ingredient in our kitchens.
